Farmall B Series Tractors Feature CVT Option

Case IH Farmall® compact tractors now offer an easy-to-use continuously variable transmission (CVT) option for the new-model Farmall 40B CVT, 45B CVT and 50B CVT Class 3 cab tractors. In a nutshell, the CVT option allows you to get more done in less time while maximizing fuel efficiency and managing operating costs. The Farmall B Series tractors:

• Have an infinite number of gear ratios. The CVT automatically selects the best gear ratio for the desired speed, so you do not have to select or shift gears. This allows the engine to always run at its most efficient speed – regardless of ground speed.
• Have a top speed of 20 mph
• Feature a three-point-hitch lift capacity that is 25 percent greater than competitors’ tractors in the same class
